Do you love football and enjoy working with children? Football Skills School is looking for energetic and friendly coaches to join our growing team.

You’ll be delivering fun after-school football clubs in local primary schools across the Solihull area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on coaching experience in a supportive environment.

Experience is helpful, but not essential. We welcome applicants who are keen to learn, improve their skills and grow as a coach. You’ll receive support, training and opportunities to gain further coaching qualifications while working with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver after school football sessions.
• Encourage children of all abilities to participate in the after school clubs.
• Communicate positively and provide effective feedback.
• Follow company procedures and policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with children, parents, carers and schools.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children is paramount.

Our Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS
• Introduction to Coaching Football Certificate
• First Aid Certificated
• FA Safeguarding Certificate
• Be reliable and flexible

Working Hours (Between 3pm – 5pm, weekdays) :

• Flexible (please inform us of your availability)
