At Football Skills School, we know that plans can change, and we’re here to help with flexible cancellation options. Please read through our policy below to understand how refunds and credits are handled across our different services.
🏫 After School Clubs
Once booked, no refunds are available.
If your child can no longer attend, we’ll issue 50% of the remaining weeks as store credit, which you can use towards future Football Skills School sessions.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but it never expires and can be used across any of our programmes.
🎉 Birthday Parties
100% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the party date.
50% refund if cancelled between 6 days and 24 hours before the party.
No refund if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
👟 One-to-One Coaching Sessions
100% refund if cancelled 7 days or more in advance.
50% refund if cancelled between 6 days and 24 hours before the session.
No refund if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
You may reschedule your session if you contact us at least 7 days before the booked date and we have availability.
🏖️ Holiday Clubs
Cancel 7 days or more before the club start date to receive 100% store credit.
Once booked, no refunds will be issued.
If your child cannot complete the club, we will issue 50% of the remaining days’ value as store credit, which can be used towards future clubs or services.
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
